We Can Text You!

We are using our text messaging service more and more, to invite you for a review, blood test or let you know if a GP would like to see you. You can also you use it to cancel appointments, decline or accept services and let us know if we are doing a good job! Please make sure we have your up to date contact details. You can do this via this website or EMIS access if you are registered. Alternatively, call us and let us know.

Cancel Your Appointment!

Every week a large number of patients fail to attend booked appointments. Please let us know as soon as possible if you can’t keep your appointment then we can give it to someone else! We offer a text messaging service which has the option to cancel an appointment so please make sure we have your up to date contact details.

Out of Hours 

When the surgery is closed if you have an urgent problem that cannot wait until we are open again, please call 111. For anything life threatening call 999.

 The surgery will be closed for staff training from 1pm on Thursday 12th September 2019. For anything urgent that cannot wait until we open the following morning at 8am, please call 111. For anything life threatening dial 999.

Practice Management

Mrs Suzanne Ayles

Practice Manager The Practice Manager is responsible for the administration of the practice and would be happy to have your views and suggestions about the services offered by the practice.

Ms Samantha Edmends

The Assistant Manager supports the Practice Manager in the administration of the practice.

Mrs Jan Peach

Office Manager. Jan and the Medical Secretaries deal with referral letters, medical reports and all other administrative tasks.

Mrs Maddy Appleyard

IT Lead. Maddy and her team are responsible for the background workings of the practice. They can help with queries regarding online services and test results.


Mrs Clare Newman (f)

Reception Lead Clareand her team of Receptionists will assist you in making emergency and routine appointments, undertake repeat prescriptions, co-ordinate home visits, answer numerous and varied questions and offer help and assistance at all times. Their job is demanding so please be patient. It is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patients’ records is maintained at the highest level by all staff at all times.
