HOW TO BOOK A GP APPOINTMENT

All of our GPs appointments are triaged by a clinician before an appointment can be booked. The best way to get an appointment is to complete an eConsult on our website, www.gosportmedicalcentre.co.uk. If you are unable to do an eConsult please call the surgery on 023 9258 3302 and the Receptionist will go through a questionnaire with you for the clinician to triage.

The clinicians triage the information on the eConsults throughout the day and we aim to action them within 24 hours. They will phone you to discuss your issue, book you a telephone consultation or a face to face appointment or send a message.

Please note, our telephone lines can become extremely busy when the reception team complete e-consults on behalf of patients. It would be very helpful if you could complete the eConsults form yourself by going to www.gosportmedicalcentre.co.uk. and clicking on the link. You will be able to complete the form in your own time, avoid waiting in a telephone queue and avoid a lengthy conversation with a Receptionist.
