We do not accept telephone prescription requests in order to avoid inaccuracies.
The doctor likes to review your treatment regularly so we may add a message/invite to the right-hand side of your prescription.
During the Coronavirus pandemic we are actively restricting access to the surgery. Prescriptions can be requested online, via email and by post. Your completed prescription will be sent to your nominated pharmacy, whether that is a local chemist or a delivery service. We ask that all our patients nominate a pharmacy to minimise the need to visit the surgery.
If you are unable to request prescriptions electronically, or nominate a pharmacy please contact the surgery for advice.
