TO MINIMISE THE NUMBER OF PATIENTS IN THE SURGERY AT ONCE ALL FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CARRIED OUT OVER THE TELEPHONE. IF YOU NEED TO BE SEEN THIS WILL BE COORDINATED BY THE GP.

Out of Hours 

When the surgery is closed if you have an urgent problem that cannot wait until we are open again, please call 111. For anything life threatening call 999.

We are currently not accepting new patient registrations from anyone that is already registered with a Gosport surgery.

We are only able to accept new registrations from patients transferring in from outside of the Gosport catchment area.

 

Practice Management

Mrs Suzanne Ayles

Practice Manager The Practice Manager is responsible for the administration of the practice and would be happy to have your views and suggestions about the services offered by the practice.

Ms Samantha Edmends

The Assistant Manager supports the Practice Manager in the administration of the practice.

Mrs Jan Peach

Office Manager. Jan and the Medical Secretaries deal with referral letters, medical reports and all other administrative tasks.

Mrs Maddy Appleyard

IT Lead. Maddy and her team are responsible for the background workings of the practice. They can help with queries regarding online services and test results.

Reception

Mrs Clare Newman

Reception Lead Clare and her team of Receptionists will assist you in making emergency and routine appointments, undertake repeat prescriptions, co-ordinate home visits, answer numerous and varied questions and offer help and assistance at all times. Their job is demanding so please be patient. It is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patients’ records is maintained at the highest level by all staff at all times.
