Practice Management

Mrs Samantha Edmends

The Practice Operations Manager is responsible for the administration of the practice and would be happy to have your views and suggestions about the services offered by the practice.

Mrs Jan Peach

Office Manager. Jan and the Medical Secretaries deal with referral letters, medical reports and all other administrative tasks.

Miss Rebecca Jackson

IT Lead. Rebecca and her team are responsible for the background workings of the practice. They can help with queries regarding online services and test results.

Mrs Maddy Appleyard

Prescriptions Manager - Maddy and her team of prescription clerks deal with repeat prescriptions and patient medication queries.

Reception

Mrs Clare Newman

Reception Lead Clare and her team of Receptionists will assist you in making emergency and routine appointments, undertake repeat prescriptions, co-ordinate home visits, answer numerous and varied questions and offer help and assistance at all times. Their job is demanding so please be patient. It is a legal requirement that confidentiality of patients’ records is maintained at the highest level by all staff at all times.
